Form is how a coach is doing now (mostly the last two seasons) and is the headline number. Rating is who he is: his whole career, weighted toward recent years, so it moves slowly. Both sit on the same scale, so the arrow means he is running above or below his usual level. Peak is his best stretch. Head coaches: program lift vs. talent, evaluation, results, recruiting, staff building, game management. Coordinators: their unit vs. its preseason projection plus the unit's quality. Position coaches: room quality, player development and recruiting. The coaches' top tag is ★ Difference Maker.
