What recruits like him became

Recruits play no college snaps until they arrive, so a recruit has no rating yet, only a Potential. It comes from the careers of the 60 past recruits (classes 2016–2021) ranked closest to him in their own classes.

Potential

—

a quarter of them reached this career-best or higher

Typical career-best

—

half did better, half worse (no snaps counts as 50)

All-conference level

—

had at least one 80+ season

Once he plays, his own college seasons take over and this projection fades.
